CodeIntra is a marketplace with a buyer and a seller side. These refund rules are created with the protection of both the buyer and seller in mind and apply to both buyer and seller.
Please take into mind that, unlike physical goods, digital goods can’t be returned. Because of this, there are different rules for refunding digital goods.
Requesting a refund
You have the right to a refund in the following situations:
You purchased the same item twice.
If you accidentally purchased the same item twice, we are happy to refund a duplicate purchase.
The item is not working as advertised
If an item has technical issues, you should first contact the seller. The seller should be able to solve the issue. If this is not the case, you can request a refund if the issue is caused by a defect of the item itself and not by the environment the item is used in. When requesting a refund it is very important to give as much detailed information about the issue. This includes a clear description of the issue itself and any errors that are displayed. Refunds requests with general descriptions, for example, “Doesn’t work”, won’t be refunded.
CodeIntra nor the seller have to give any refunds in the following situations:
- You have not provided enough information to determine why you have the right to a refund.
- You do not have the knowledge to use the item.
- The purchased item is not working because of misconfiguration or a not supported setup in the buyers’ environment.
- You can’t access the item anymore because the item is no longer available on our platform.
- The item does not meet your expectation or you don’t want it anymore.
- The refund is requested more than 30 days after purchase.
After buying or purchasing, we do not allow refunds to our customers and users.
A refund is not possible because it is the source code of the apps (Downloadable Software) when you buy it it will remain with you even if you do not accept it so a refund is not possible in this case.
Refund is only for those products or services like the customization or reskins available if you change your mood later or do not want these services refund can be possible if the author has not started to work on your project.
Note:- If any item is sold at a 50%+ lower price, support is decided by the author that he wants to give or not. So no refund will be provided if any item is sold at a 50%+ lower price.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Android or PHP Source Code
- Downloadable software products
- Source Code or Code Parts
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Like reskin or customization service if you did not get as per the rules.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 0 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your codeintra account again under the wallet, you can use these wallet credits for future purchases, or if you need the amount to be in your bank account back, then a 20% refund fee will be deducted from your that amount.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, if the item author allows then it can be possible.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, the Sale item can not be replaced, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
